We offer Reformer Pilates sessions either as a scheduled 6-week program, or as private one to one, or one to two sessions. Details for scheduled sessions is below. If you are interested in booking a private Reformer Pilates session, please visit our Private Appointments page for details.
The scheduled sessions have a maximum of three students. Please note any scheduled block of six sessions will only go ahead if two or more students sign up. If you and a friend would like a six week block of sessions at a time that is not currently offered, please let us know and we will see if we can add it to the schedule!
Booking for six session programs will become available one week before the start of the first session. If you are currently booked into an existing session time, you will get first refusal on continuing at that time for the next six session program and will be offered to renew your spot two weeks before the start of the first session.
Once booked into a six week program, you are able to switch to a different session in any given week, if you find you cannot make one of your booked sessions, subject to availability. To do this, first cancel out of your session (bearing in mind the 48 hour cancellation window), then use the timetable below to choose another session. If no alternative sessions are available below, please do reach out to us directly and we will do our best to find you another spot.
For Reformer sessions please note it is imperative you bring socks! Grip socks are best.
