Today I had my first Yoga class at Surrey Yoga and Pilates. It was fantastic. Excellent location, 10 min walk from home!!! Brittney was amazing. As a first timer all the instructions and recommendations were excellent. I really enjoyed. Can't way to come back
It's been a while since I last did yoga or hot yoga (maybe a year?!)
I joined a hot yoga class this morning with Brittany and felt very welcomed. the class was the perfect pace for me to readjust to the heat and flow without feeling 'behind' vs the rest of the group
Absolutely incredible Vinyasa Flow with Brittney, she has a wonderful teaching style and I will definitely be returning to this class. Felt invigorated afterwards - thank you!

The course includes a combination of studio based, in-person tuition, backed up with teleconference sessions. It also offers the opportunity to teach in a studio environment as part of the training course.
